Bragg soldier killed in Afghanistan
Sgt. First Class Ronald A. Grider, 30, of Brighton, Ill., died in Kunduz province of wounds suffered when he was struck by machine gun fire.
Posted — UpdatedFORT BRAGG, N.C. — A Fort Bragg soldier died Saturday in Afghanistan, the Department of Defense announced Monday.
Sgt. First Class Ronald A. Grider, 30, of Brighton, Ill., died in Kunduz province of wounds suffered when he was struck by machine gun fire.
Grider was assigned to the U.S. Army Special Operations Command.
