Bragg soldier arrested in fatal shooting
A Bragg soldier charged with the murder of a Fayetteville man was arrested in Key West, Fla., authorities said Tuesday.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A Bragg soldier charged with the murder of a Fayetteville man was arrested in Key West, Fla., authorities said Tuesday.
Brandon Joseph Mims, 20, is charged with first-degree murder and shooting into an occupied vehicle in the murder of 22-year-old Michael Ray Staggs.
Police found Staggs' body in a car in a strip mall parking lot Saturday night. He had been shot in the head.
Fayetteville police issued warrants for Mims Monday. He is a soldier stationed at Fort Bragg, but has family and friends in Key West.
No other information was released.
