Boot Camp Moms: Try this fast, furious workout

Posted January 28, 2014

North Raleigh's Boot Camp Moms are back. And both are marking some important milestones. Jen Pinder turned 40 last fall. And Kyle Pinder is six month pregnant with her second child.

I featured the two, who run popular workout programs for women in north Raleigh, last year. They also offered a series of quick workouts that you can do at home with minimal gear. To see the earlier workouts, click here.

They're back again starting today with another series. This time, they are offering workouts designed for everybody, but specifically with pregnant women and 40-plus women in mind. The workouts include both high intensity and modified versions. Boot Camp Moms Boot Camp Moms: Try this fast, furious tabata workout

Watch them go through the workout in the video. It starts with jumping jacks, moves to squats and jumps, and then down on the floor for several different kinds of push-ups and other floor work. Do all exercises for 20 seconds with a 10 second recovery in between; eight times total.

For more about Boot Camp Moms, go to their website and Facebook page. Check back next Wednesday for another workout.
