Boot Camp Moms: Another fast, furious workout
Stuck inside during this cold, dreary week? Skipping your usual workout routine? Try this quick workout courtesy Boot Camp Moms.
Posted — UpdatedJen Pinder and Kyle Furlow of Boot Camp Moms are back with another quick workout that you can easily do at home. All you need is a couple of water bottles and paper plates!
This workout is designed with pregnant woman and those age 40 and up in mind. Pinder recently turned 40. Furlow is about seven months pregnant. But there's something here for everyone!
This workout uses gliders or simple paper plates to add extra resistance.
Watch the video for a detailed look at the workout, which includes lunges, mountain climbers, plank jacks and something called grasshoppers. Do all exercises for 60 seconds, then 40 seconds, then 20 seconds with gliders or plates. Repeat three times.
