Kyle Furlow of Boot Camp Moms was in great shape when she learned she was pregnant last year. After all, she leads workout classes for moms throughout the week with business partner and fellow mom friend Jen Pinder.
As she gears up for the birth of her second child in a couple of months, she's been mindful of her exercise routine, making adjustments when needed, but staying active. Of course, she says, it's always best to consult your doctor when you begin a new workout plan.
