Boot Camp Moms: A quick, fat-blasting workout

Jennifer Pinder and Kyle Furlow, the north Raleigh moms behind Boot Camp Moms, are back with a series of workouts over the next few weeks to help us all get in shape.

Today, the two share a quick workout that takes less than 20 minutes and can help blast that fat away. In the video, Pinder and Furlow demonstrate the workout. It includes jumping jacks, cross jacks, squat jacks and stars, which are each done for a minute and repeated four times.
