Jen Pinder of Boot Camp Moms had always heard that the arms, abs and butt are the first to go when women turn 40.
She didn't believe it until last year when she crossed the line from 39 to 40. Pinder is here to report that "that's true."
"You do have to up your game just a little bit," she said. "It's doable. You might have to change your diet just a little bit. It will be fine. And we've helped a lot of people through their 40s, 50s and 60s and they look fabulous."
Pinder and Kyle Furlow of Boot Camp Moms return to offer another workout. This one focuses on those three trouble spots - the arms, abs and butt.
