Raleigh, N.C. — On Saturday, Bombshell Brewing in Holly Springs will celebrate two years in business with food trucks, live music, and great local beer. Bam Pow Chow and BulKogi will be on hand and live music will be provided by from Nine Times Around and Sayer McShane. Bombshell will also have two small casks of Dirty Secret Coconut Stout.
Durham Central Park rodeo rescheduled to this Sunday
Thanks Jonas for the bonus time to catch up on some Netflix. This Sunday looks to be favorable winter weather as we could break 60 degrees. Perfect weather for the first Durham Central Park food truck rodeo of the year. Plan B is the scheduled musical act accompanied by more than 50 food trucks, local beer and cider.
Bull City Ciderworks Bottle Release Party
Bull City Ciderworks will release 22 oz bottles of their flagship, Off Main, on Saturday. Also, the new food truck, Baozi, and their Carolina-style steamed buns (baos) will be there. Magnolia Still will be the live entertainment.

Ever wanted to be first in line for your favorite food trucks? The Downtown Raleigh Food Truck Rodeo has announced its dates for this year: May 1, June 12, Aug. 7 and Oct. 9. VIP early admission wristbands, which let you get in to buy food before the general public, are on sale now.
James Beard winner and Boricua Soul
James Beard Award winning author and Soul Food scholar, Adrian Miller, is teaming up with local food truck, Boricua Soul for Soul Food on Saturday on Feb. 13 at Fullsteam Brewery. Chefs from Boricua Soul will cook some of their favorite recipes out of Miller’s award winning book, “Soul Food: The Surprising Story of an American Cuisine, One Plate at a Time.” Miller will also present a short history on the history of Soul Food.
