I used to live here as well, and my sister for more than 10yrs, and you are so true in what you say. The old management would quickly address any complaints and if the complaints were of any danger or constant problems for neighbors, you were quickly removed. It was tough to get an apartment here anyway, so I'm sure the change in management has allowed more crimes to happen. Maybe the old management will buy it back one days soon.

Used to live in this apartment complex 10 years ago. Some other company bought it did some painting planted flowers made the place look prettier but it's been going down hill ever since. I don't ever remember a murder occurring there but since then there have been a number of them. I know the people who ran the place before would get the riffraff out when they were made aware of problems. Even complaints of loud music was promptly addressed. I wonder the new management is why it seems have gone down hill since. Also under the old management they used to allow Durham city cops to live there free wonder if that's the case now?
