Authorities on Monday identified the body found last week at a coastal North Carolina park as that of a Greenville man.

WILMINGTON, N.C. — Authorities on Monday identified the body found last week at a coastal North Carolina park as that of a Greenville man.

Maintenance workers at Carolina Beach State Park discovered the body of Joshua Bryant Hines, 26, in a wooded area of the park on Thursday, authorities said.

The New Hanover County Sheriff's office said Monday that a preliminary autopsy found no signs of trauma, but the cause of death hasn't been determined.
