Body found at Raleigh apartment complex

Raleigh, N.C. — Police found a body found early Monday at a Raleigh apartment complex.

Investigators responding to a 911 call just before 4 a.m. found the body outside Laurel Oaks Apartments, in the 6600 block of Roundstone Drive.

Police say there are no evident signs of foul play but that the case is still under investigation.

The woman who passed was my next door neighbor. There was no foul play involved. Unfortunately she had health issues and passed away while taking care of a neighbors dog in the next building. It is very sad - everyone in the complex knew her, she will be missed dearly.
