Why don't we just do what's effective in other countries? Steal and your hand gets cut off. It works. Really, there's extremely low crime in these states and it. When there's an actual consequence to paid, criminals think twice. Not a slap on the wrist, but THROUGH your wrist!

Nothing says Merry Christmas like "Look what i stole for you!"

Stealing cologne and perfumes that are easily fenced.

New laws need to be passed,

Use a car during a larceny, then the car gets impounded, just like a DWI/DUI stop.

Shoplift and loose your car or truck.

Why do they call it Black Friday anyhow?
