Bike, swim, run and eat: Doughman is back
Doughman, the intense competition that combines biking, swimming, running, and, of course, eating, is returning to Durham for its sixth year. While registration for the race is closed, you can still volunteer or come watch the race.
Posted — UpdatedRacers participate in relay teams of four to complete two running legs, a swimming leg and a biking leg. After eating food prepared by local restaurants, racers head to the next location along the route, which is about 16 miles long.
This year's race restaurants include Durham favorites Dos Perros, Rise, The Parlor, Nosh, Dain's Place, Daisy Cakes, Loco Pops, Monuts and Firsthand Foods.
Over the past six years, Doughman has raised an incredible $100,000 for Durham organizations.
