Here’s a NOT so bold prediction. You email, text, and possibly post to social media sites. You also get angry.

Here’s the question…do you ever mix your intense emotion with your messages? Technology means we have more ways to communicate than ever before, but are we communicating better? Common sense signals it’s probably best to avoid emailing and posting when we’re enraged. What feels right in moment can lead to hurt feelings, regret, or worse.

Thursday at 6 p.m., WRAL looks for ways to responsibly combine your frustration with your need to be heard through technology. Also, hear from a police chief who lost his job over an angry social media post. For the first time in North Carolina, the public figure talks about the words that created a fire storm. You may be surprised by his reaction.
