ZZ Top's bass guitarist Dusty Hill has what a Crown Theatre spokesman described as "a tummy ailment," and the band has canceled a scheduled show in Fayetteville on Friday.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — ZZ Top's bass guitarist Dusty Hill has what a Crown Theatre spokesman described as "a tummy ailment," and the band has canceled a scheduled show in Fayetteville on Friday.
The concert will be rescheduled and all existing tickets honored on the new date, according to Daniel Marsh, Crown complex spokesman.
Refunds are available, but only before Friday and only through the venue where tickets were purchased.
