No need to wait until the weekend to have fun in the Triangle. We have picks for every day of the week.

Monday: Cold War Kids play Cat's Cradle. Tickets are $20. 
Tuesday: O2 Fitness wants to help you shape up in downtown Raleigh with free fitness classes in City Plaza. Today it is a CXWorx class at 5:45 p.m. These 30 minute workouts are great on the go! 
Also on Tuesday, continue celebrating North Carolina Beer Month with a beer dinner at Gravy featuring Raleigh Brewing Company. Dinner starts at 6 p.m. and is $45 per person. 
Wednesday: Bring your dog to the Durham Bulls game on Wednesday night for "Bark in the Park." There will be special seating for pets and their families and $5 from every ticket purchased goes to Second Chance Pet Adoptions. 
Thursday: The Midtown Beach Music Series kicks off at North Hills with the Embers. Make sure to swing by the WRAL.com tent for some swag! 
Also on Thursday, check out Beer school and book signing with Mystery Brewing. This event is happening at 5:30 p.m. at Lucky 32 in Cary. Tickets are $40.
