Bank robbery suspect sought in Fayetteville
Police are looking for a suspect who robbed the Carter Bank & Trust at 697 Country Club Drive Wednesday morning.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Police are looking for a man who robbed the Carter Bank & Trust at 697 Country Club Drive Wednesday morning.
The man entered the bank, approached the counter and handed a note to the teller demanding money, police said. He obtained an undetermined amount of money before fleeing on foot.
He is described as a black male, 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall, clean shaven and in his mid to late 30s. He was last seen wearing a white hat, white jacket and blue jeans.
