Back-to-school deals 7/7: One cent deals!

Posted July 8, 2013

Here is the list for the first week of back-to-school deals for the 2013 season! There are some fun 1 cent deals and some other very good buys. The stores are starting off slow with their supply deals, but they will pick up in the coming weeks. Keep in mind that I do not list every product from the ads - only the better ones.

If you still have a few weeks before school starts (some year round schools start back on Monday), take your time and stock up on the best deals each week. Hopefully, by the time school starts, you will have most of what you need and you will have paid very little for them.

    ashleighlucio - Thank You!

If you go online to Officemax and print out the coupon for $1 for 4 EXPO markers, they will extend it for 10 packs. I just got 10 packs for $10 today and they said come back tomorrow for another 10 packs. So that's 80 markers for $20. I'm guessing they would do the same for the Sharpies. I bought that many since I have individual whiteboards I will use in class for some class activities but it's a good way to stock up if you need EXPO markers!

Question: I don't get the OfficeMax ad in my newspaper, is there another to get one that has the coupons? The in store ads don't have the coupons.
Also Toys R Us has the B1G2 Free on Crayola and it makes their 24 box of crayons $0.43 a piece wyb 3

I'm waiting for the zippered 3-ring binders to go on sale - I need a new coupon organizer. Thankfully, color isn't important to me

Target is selling 3 ring binders right now for $3.50 and each binder contains additional Target-brand coupons ($5.00 worth) for school supplies. I was only buying the notebooks so I'm not sure if you could take them out at the checkout to use on other school supplies being purchased.
