Authorities offer reward in Raleigh gun shop burglary

Police say someone broke into Bear Creek Gun Shop and Gunsmithing, 2411 E. Millbrook Ave., on July 28 and took 19 firearms.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Authorities are offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction of those responsible for stealing guns from a Raleigh store. 

Police said Wednesday that someone broke into Bear Creek Gun Shop and Gunsmithing, 2411 E. Millbrook Ave., on July 28 and took 19 firearms. 

The Charlotte Field Division of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Raleigh Police Department are investigating the theft.
