Out of all these posts only one of them was actually close as to what. Happened. I am a very close friend of the family. Rico Mitchell is not a monster. There were some underlying issues going on in this situation that I would prefer not to go there. I just want y'all to know Rico is not a monster. I pray for Rico and his family that they get through these hard times.

On WITN it reports this man just got out of PRISON in March this year. Looks like he should have stayed there. Maybe his sister would still be alive. Guess what yall, its gonna get worse. They are closing 4 prisons and laying off prison employees. I wish the Governor could see the light of day before it is too late and other people die. Putting these people in therapeutic day programs is a waste of time and money. They will commit more Misd. crimes because they will learn they will only go to a day program and still be able to roam the streets.

I know this family and he was raised better than this. His parents are fine people just this one child has gone bad. I pray Robert will recover and I pray God be with them as they go through this.

What would make someone kill a family member. I guess you never know what will set a person off anymore. My prayers are with the family and this young man. I pray that he gets whatever help he needs because obviously he has some underlining issue that played a role in this type of behavior.

topkat1258two, I wonder the same thing. What in the world is worng with people? What could have possibly been so bad that he had to kill someone over it? I'm glad that I was an adult by 1990, I feel badly for kids today having to grow up with all of this nonsense.

What a name.I wonder where people come up with some of today's names.Sorry for the killing. Too many guns in the wrong hands. Wonder if gun was legal or stolen? Guess it's just to hard to walk away, got to be a bad guy and shoot someone. Are drugs involved? Just wondering. Have a good day.

No longer is it "cool" to get mad, go out of the house slamming the door, getting in the car spinning tires in the driveway and riding around until you cool off...People today want to kill the people that tick them off, even at times taking innocent people with them! What is wrong in this world today??
