— Johnston County deputies arrested a Clayton man Wednesday and said he was exposing himself near a school bus stop.

Neal Jeffrey Bass, 42, was charged with felony indecent exposure.

A resident in the Broadmoor subdivision called authorities Wednesday morning to report a man standing near a barn exposing himself. Authorities said the alleged flashing occurred on Cleveland Road in the Cleveland community within view of a bus stop.

Seven elementary school children were at the bus stop, but the investigating deputy said he doesn't think any of the children saw the man.

I actually went to high school with this freak. He was a freak back then also. I guess some people never change. Lock him up and throw away the key before exposing himself to children goes further and a child ends up being molested by him. What is wrong with people?

If a man flashes in the forest, but there's no one around to see, does it make a sound?

This man has a prior history of this type of activity, but we can count on our court system to dole out the minimum punishment so this sick individual can continue his deviant ways, thanks North Carolina.
