— Investigators have identified a homeless man whose body was found May 30 in a wooded area of Harnett County.

Authorities said an autopsy determined 54-year-old James Warren Jearhart III died of natural causes. His body was found near U.S. Highway 401 in the Kipling community north of Lillington.

An Embarq worker was heading to a shed housing some telephone transmission equipment when he made the discovery.

Deputies were able to identify Jearhart by his fingerprints.

Naw, that article is too long. I'll get off my highhorse with illegals.

What a tragic way for this guy to die...alone and homeless. I think I'll go home and thank God that I have a home, family & friends.

Kinguvkool, let's take this discussion to the new story on the immigration bill and respect the wishes of the other people of this forum.

JTR-I apologize. You are absolutely right, this is not the forum for this discussion. Please except my apologies.

Cheesdog: I live in the real world, I see the problems for what they are and I'm not scared to speak about them. You should open your eyes. It is not a small percentage of the hispanics that are the problem. It is the majority. You're only thinking about newsworthy issues and public crime. In addition, they: forge documents and give inaccurate names and social security numbers; drive on our roads with fake licenseses; most have unregistered weapons; they lie to landlords about who is living on their property; buy cars from buy here/pay here dealers then drive them down to Mexico never to be seen again; etc. They cause so many more problems than you realize, or wish to see. Wake up, and try to think past the education you got from UNC Chapel Hill.

Kinguvkool, throwing the baby out with the bathwater? That is like saying all white anglos are bad because John Wayne Gacy killed a bunch of kids. Please do not lump all Hispanics in with a small percentage of people who commit these crimes. There is always a segment of any society that makes poor decisions or are just evil at heart. I agree, illegal immigration is an issue for discussion, but the media highlighting the fact that a hispanic caused this or a hispanic caused that when it could easily be be any other race or nationality on any given day does not do this discussion any justice.

WHY IS IT THAT WHENEVER I SEE THE COMMENTS, PEOPLE DON'T FOCUS ON THE TERM AND ALWAYS HAVE TO COME UP W/ SOME STUPID COMMENTS W/IMMIGRATION. SOME DIED HERE AND NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE.
MY PRAYERS TO ALL HIS FAMILY.

Hey Cheesedog: People are not prejudice...they..er, WE, are fed up with illegal immigrants and the problems they cause. So your point is that by them doing physical labor they are earning their keep here. By that theory, I should be able to break any laws that I want but it's okay since I work hard. Jeeze..what an idiotic statement you made. People like you are a huge part of the problem.
