Cary, N.C. — Authorities closed northbound Kildaire Farm Road in Cary Tuesday morning following a single-vehicle wreck.
Officers responded to the scene about 10 a.m. and found one man hurt. The vehicle knocked down a power pole, but it wasn't clear how many nearby homes and businesses were without power.
Authorities said Kildaire Farm Road between Queensferry Road and Cary Parkway could remain closed for a few hours as crews work to replace the power pole.
The driver involved in the wreck has not been identified.
Drivers should avoid the area.
