APEX, N.C. — Apex police are looking for an ATM bandit.
The theft happened at the First Citizens Bank on Vision Road in the Apex Crossing shopping center some time Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning. The theft was discovered about 2:30 a.m.
Police said the thief or thieves stole the machine and the money inside. They did not know exactly how much cash was in the ATM.
Officers were working with the bank to get surveillance video.
