The indoor family fun center at 14460 Falls of Neuse Rd. includes trampolines; a track for electric go-karts; a ropes course; bumper cars; laser tag; a soft play zone and more.

It's shaping up to be a sweltering few days with highs forecasted near 100 and the heat index hitting 104 to 107 today. More triple-digit temperatures are expected through the weekend.

A code orange air quality warning is also in effect on Friday, which means the air is unhealthy for sensitive groups, including seniors, children and people of all ages with respiratory issues, according to today's story from WRAL-TV. It's critical to stay hydrated. We're also encouraged to keep pets and kids indoors.
