KANSAS CITY, MO — The music scene in Kansas City is one of diversity and passion and the scene on the cover of Kenny Chesney's new album also embodies those characteristics.

Arrowhead Stadium has hosted several big-name artists during its 45-year history none more than Chesney, who has enjoyed the sea of red five times in the past seven years.

Chesney recently showed his love for Arrowhead as he used it as the cover artwork for his new album "Live in No Shoes Nation," which features a sell out Kansas City crowd belting out his biggest hits while he dons a Kansas City Chiefs t-shirt.

The album captures 29 performances spread out over the last decade.

"Once the noise in my head died down, I went in to relive some of those amazing nights I'd had with everyone in No Shoes Nation, and the more I listened, the more I wanted to hear. And the more I heard, the more I knew I needed to share these moments with all the citizens of what we call No Shoes Nation, so they could hear how freaking awesome they sound," a statement on the singer's website said.

The website says the track list is being finalized and plans for 2018 are still being sorted out, but the only sure thing is this: Live in No Shoes Nation arrives on October 27.

"No Shoes Nation is more than a state of mind, it's the place we all come together for the music, the fun and each other," Chesney said.
