Arrest made in weekend Fayetteville homicide
Investigators have arrested a 23-year-old in connection with a fatal shooting at an early Sunday morning house party.

Demario Deshawn Eastmon, of the 3500 block of Worley Street, is charged with first-degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon. He remained in the Cumberland County jail Wednesday under no bond.
Gunfire erupted in front of a home on the 6000 block of Wagon Wheel Court. Leandre Jamarcus Laguerre, 25, was killed. Clevaun Breece, 21, and Kenneth Burch, 24, were taken by private vehicle to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
