Moore County deputies on Thursday arrested a man wanted for a 2013 killing in Southern Pines.

<b>SOUTHERN PINES, N.C.</b> — Moore County deputies on Thursday arrested a man wanted for a 2013 killing in Southern Pines.

Martaveous Donta Kelly, 27, of 1165 West Indiana Avenue in Southern Pines, was charged with murder and felony conspiracy to commit murder.

Kelly remained in the Moore County Jail Thursday under no bond. His first scheduled court appearance is Oct. 14.

Kelly is accused of killing Sean Jeremy McLean, 26, in July 2013. McLean was found shot multiple times in his vehicle on the 300 block of Eastman Road.

Investigators said more arrests are anticipated.
