Armed robbery reported near NC State campus
An armed robbery was reported just past midnight Tuesday on Crest Road near Varsity Drive, located near North Carolina State University's campus.

RALEIGH, N.C. — An armed robbery was reported just past midnight Tuesday on Crest Road near Varsity Drive, located near North Carolina State University's campus.
No injuries were reported.
The victim said there were three teenage robbers:
- Black male, 5 feet 4 inches tall, wearing a black sweatshirt and sweatpants, dreadlocks and a beanie cap. He was armed with a handgun.
- Black male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, wearing a black sweatshirt and sweatpants. He was armed with a knife.
- Black male, thin build, shaved head, wearing a green sweatshirt and black sweatpants.
The suspects were last seen fleeing on foot towards the College View Apartments.
