Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel is tired of seeing the city's tech talent depart for greener pastures, so he's sponsoring a talent-spotting competition looking for the most innovative new startups coming from the minds of college students. 10 winners will be provided with free office space and other perks in Chicago as an incentive to relocate there and help reestablish Chicago as a tech giant. The plan will certainly keep Chicago electricians busy installing tech infrastructure!
