WV is considering requiring drug test for welfare recpients

This is a push by the state legislature and apparently Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Hawaii, Florida and Minnesota have either passed laws or are introducing similar laws.

I think it is time for North Carolina to do the same.  For most jobs, you have to take a drug test before being hired.  The same should be for those who get the government dole.  Maybe it should also include a breathalizer test to see if they are sober when they come in for their checks as well.
