Yes, this *feels* like the right thing to do - especially when the common person is hanging on by a thread hoping to keep their job, home, car, etc. But where does it stop? Do you set artificial caps on every job title in the name of what feels good, AKA "fairness"? Do you allow a government the power to dictate what you are fiscally worth - *ever*???
