Apex police seeking man accused of exposing himself in Kohl's

Apex police were seeking the public's help on Wednesday to identify a man who allegedly exposed himself to a woman on Sunday at the Kohl's in Beaver Creek Commons.

APEX, N.C. — Apex police were seeking the public's help on Wednesday to identify a man who allegedly exposed himself to a woman on Sunday at the Kohl's in Beaver Creek Commons. 

According to investigators, the man exposed himself to the woman in the kids' section of the store at about 10 a.m. 

He is described as a black or Hispanic man between 25 and 40 years old. He is thin and stands about 5 feet 8 inches tall, police said. He was wearing a dark jacket and grey knit cap when he left the store.
