Apex man arrested in child molestation case
Cary police have arrested an Apex man on accusations that he molested a child, according to an arrest warrant.

CARY, N.C. — Cary police have arrested an Apex man on accusations that he molested a child, according to an arrest warrant.
Michael Patton, 43, of 4901 Jessie Drive, was charged with first-degree sex offense with a child and taking indecent liberties with a minor.
The warrant said that the victim is not related to Patton.
Patton was being held in the Wake County Jail under a $500,000 bond. His first court appearance was set for Monday.
