A high school teacher has been arrested on allegations she engaged in sexual activity with a student.
The incident was first reported November 18 at Southern Wayne High School. Authorities interviewed several people.
On Wednesday, 32 year-old Shannon Grace Herring of Kinston was charged with two counts of sexual activity with a student. The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office said Herring engaged in inappropriate conduct with a 17 year-old student, but it did not take place on school grounds. Herring was released on $5,000 bond pending her next court appearance.
Now THATS a cougar ! Really thou, c'mon when are these teachers going to learn, sooner or later you WILL get caught !
