Announcing Go Ask Mom's second Cutest Baby Contest!

Published: 2012-10-23 12:00:00
Updated: 2012-10-24 12:57:09

We loved seeing the photos of all the cute babies that were entered last year in our Cutest Baby Contest, so we're doing it again!

Starting this morning, you can enter a picture of your babies in two categories: Newborn to 12-month-old and 13- to 24-month-old. Submissions for the contest will be accepted through 6 a.m., Nov. 7. Then, from Nov. 8 to Nov. 23, readers will pick their favorites. The babies with the most votes when voting ends at 6 a.m., Nov. 23, win!

Like last year, when I putting together our prize packages, I wanted to make sure there was something for baby and mom. And I was able to again, thanks to our great partners who are returning: Be True Image Design, run by a Rolesville mom and photographer; Marbles Kids Museum; Raleigh baby and kids store SmartMomma; and the ladies of Glam Lounge, along with Jenny's Cupcakery.

Here are the prizes!

Grand prizes for the newborn to 12-month-old winner (child must be born between Oct. 23, 2011 and Oct. 23, 2012) and 13- to 24-month-old category (child must be born Oct. 22, 2010 to Oct. 22, 2011): A photo session and framed 11x14 print from Be True Image Design; a Marbles Kids Museum Family membership; a $50 gift certificate to SmartMomma; a Glam Lounge package that includes shampoo and style, hair consultation and gift bag of exclusive GLAM haircare products for mom; and a dozen classic cupcakes from Jenny's Cupcakery.

Runner-up in both categories: Free admission for four to Marbles Kids Museum; a $20 gift certificate to SmartMomma and six classic cupcakes from Jenny's Cupcakery.

A word on the Glam Lounge prize: Color and cut not included. Gift package expires February 1, 2013 and is not applicable for weddings. Advance appointment by phone required and subject to availability.

You can enter through our Facebook page or here on WRAL.com.  Can't wait to see your adorable babies!
