Lillington, N.C. — The owner of Cecil’s Paint and Body Shop was found dead in a Harnett County lake Sunday afternoon, relatives said.
Family members of Cecil Parrish said he went to walk his dog at about 3 p.m., but after not coming back and searching for him, his hat was found floating in a pond near Johnston County Road.
