Cary, N.C. — The owners behind Andia's Homemade Ice Cream announced on Friday their plans to open their first eat-in location in west Cary.
The new shop, located at 10120 Green Level Church Road, is expected to open on July 27. The brick-and-mortar location will be a first for the family-owned catering business.
Owners said ice cream lovers can expect to find distinct ice creams and creations at Andia's, with a menu featuring 20 flavors of ice cream and sorbet including baklava, salted caramel, blueberry cobbler, lemon basil sorbet and cookie Xplosion. A rotating vegan flavor made with a coconut base will also be available at the new store.
For more adventurous dessert seekers, Andia's offers a doughnut ice cream sundae, which includes a warm glazed doughnut with ice cream in the center topped with a chocolate and caramel drizzle. Another interesting offering is the ice cream cannoli, which is just like eating a cannoli but with cannoli ice cream instead of cream.
Andia's will continue their catering services after the grand opening.
