Anchors reopen at hurricane-damaged Goldsboro mall

— Four department stores reopened at Berkeley Mall in Goldsboro Thursday, five days after the heavy rains of Hurricane Irene caved in part of the mall roof.

Shoppers can access Belk, Belk Home & Kids, JC Penney and Sears via individual store entrances.

The rest of the mall will reopen at 10 a.m. Saturday.

    I don't know if I want to go into that building...They fixed it that quickly? There was apparently structural damage to begin with...
