RFB - your quiet back roads sound perfect for a ride!

  • RaleighFoodBlogger May 6, 2015

Faye- thank you! It's always made me nervous thinking about riding, but we have a lot of back roads with little traffic where we live. And yes, wish it was more bike-friendly here!

jdouglas13 - and your blueberry scones are fabulous!

How fun, RFB! Just be careful on your bike. There is not enough room for bikes and cars on most Triangle roads and too many bikers have been hurt (or killed) lately, as I am sure you know. When I lived in Boulder, Co, there were designated bike lanes on most main roads and I biked to work almost every day that the weather was good. It was wonderful.

Nice stock up and freeze price on the blueberries! Perfect for blueberry scones.

Looks like they have some good deals on bike accessories, too! I'm excited as I'm getting a bike this weekend... and I've seen lots of specials around town as this is bike month!
