    Rosoe, they taste a lot sweeter than normal bell peppers. They are my favoite type of pepper to use raw in salads or on veggie trays. We've also used them in fajitas, pasta salad, quesadillas, and anything else you would normally use bell peppers in.

    Roscoe, they are good to chop up and put in stir fry, pasta salad, green salads, casseroles. Same use as big peppers to me. And they are soooo cute! lol

    This may be a dumb question, but what do you do with those mini sweet peppers? Are they just small versions of the colored bell peppers? I keep seeing them at Aldi and I was just wondering. :)
