Raesmom, I'm right there with you. I'd love to have chickens and fresh eggs. I think I would be getting way in over my head with that. There's only so much farm stuff this ex-city girl knows how to do.

Meredith, enjoy your bounty! If you ever have too many, I'd be glad to buy some from you for real! :)

Meredith88-Rae and I would love to come help you craft and dye eggs lol!! How cool to have fresh eggs! Make me want to invest in a chicken :) I think im more excited to do Easter crafts then Rae is. We are doing our eggs tomorrow night since our Saturday is booked up from morning to night with a birthday party for the kids and a wedding for mom and dad!!

Faye, I had to laugh at the timing. This just means I will have plenty of eggs for all the dying crafts this weekend! But I'm most excited to have fresh eggs again!

meredith88 - that is so funny that they are laying eggs just as the great sales start. Now you'll have even more eggs!

More eggs! I gave away half the ones I bought from Walgreen's so I will be getting my 4 from Aldi today :-) Though I think our chickens are getting jealous because since I started bringing home all these eggs they are now laying again for the first time in almost 6 months!
