I was glad to see the mini peppers on sale, too...they are fantastic in fajitas! I got a bag about six weeks ago...they kept fresh in the fridge for a good while.

Good timing on the red onion sale, too...I used my last one Sunday :)

We are soooo loving those mini peppers as well. It looks like they are going to keep these as a regular item, atleast i'm hoping. They are perfect for cutting up in salads, or in my daughters lunch...so versatile and delish!

Can the mini sweet peppers be frozen? I am the only one in household that likes them and can not consume them before they go bad.
