Adorable five-year-old obsessed with his garbage men
Do you remember at five years old what you wanted to be growing up? One Tampa Bay kid knows exactly what what he'll be--a garbage man.

"It's his obsession for years, for years now," said Julia Heer.
Her 5-year-old son, Logan Heer, sure doesn't mind putting in the hours. He picks up yard waste and even takes out his neighbor's trash. All this work because Friday is trash day.
At night, he even goes to bed fully clothed and ready to go in the morning. Although every now and then he does forget.
"He runs out in his underwear sometimes," laughed Richard Fisher, a sanitation worker with Republic Services.
Logan is so excited to greet his garbage men that in the past, he's run straight out of the house without mom and dad.
"So James put a latch so that he couldn't go out until we were ready," said Heer.
When Logan does get outside he's on the lookout.
"He'll just sit here and wait and wait," said Heer.
Waiting for the moment the blue garbage truck rolls up because it's not Superman he looks up to. The garbage men are his heroes.
"No matter if it's cold or hot," said Fisher, "When he hears the truck he runs out to dump his can."
Today, Logan got a special gift for his hard work. Republic gave him a toy garbage truck identical to the one that stops by his house.
"Logan when you grow up what do you want to be?" Julia asks him, "Do you want me a garbage man or a pilot like daddy? And he always says garbage man."
It's bye for now only to do it all over again next week.
