Actress, artist Jane Seymour to stop in Raleigh, children's program planned
Jane Seymour, the actress and artist, will lead a special program for kids later this month at the Mahler Fine Art Gallery in Raleigh.
Posted — UpdatedSeymour, who has won multiple Emmy and Golden Globe awards for her work in film and movies, has played roles as varied as a Bond girl in "Live and Let Die" to Dr. Quinn in "Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman," which was set in Colorado in the 1800s. She also is a painter in watercolors and oils and a designer and involved in a variety of charitable causes.
Her paintings will be for sale at the art gallery during the exhibition. The public also is invited to meet her during events from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Feb. 28, and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., March 1.
