Your guide to Raleigh's First Friday

We compiled a list of some of the First Friday events going on June 7.

RALEIGH, N.C. — It only happens once a month, but First Friday is a great way to see experience downtown Raleigh. The next First Friday event is June 7.

Events run from 6-9 p.m., unless otherwise noted, and involve tons of galleries, restaurants and other venues in downtown Raleigh.

All places participating in First Friday will have flags outside.

Our Best Bet for this month's First Friday:

City Market is raising awareness for human trafficking this Friday with their event Just Art, in collaboration with the Red Light Film & Art Project. There will be food and drink, art from 50 local artists and a silent auction. All proceeds from Just Art will be donated to The Salvation Army's Project Fight.

Also, the weather will be beautiful, so one of Historic Oakwood Cemetery's monthly Flashlight Walks will be perfect.

There are so many things going on, we decided to compile a list of some of them:
