Raleigh, N.C. — Brandon Pulley went to Wake County Detention Center Tuesday night to turn himself in for a probation violation.
While inside, he changed his mind, running out of the Hammond Road building through the front upstairs door, authorities said.
Raleigh police, Wake County sheriff's deputies and state troopers searched for Pulley, who was caught after police dogs tracked him down.
