North Carolina representatives in the House of Representatives voted mostly along party lines Friday on a resolution to continue funding for fiscal 2014, but without the budget allotment for implementation of the Affordable Care Act.

The bill passed the House 230-189, but Senate Democrats have the votes to reject the provision.
