Local food trucks collaborate to open Korean kitchen, coffee bar

DURHAM, N.C. — Two food trucks are teaming up to open a new restaurant in Durham.
Bulkogi and Bo's Kitchen plan to open Namu restaurant and coffee bar on Aug. 16 at 5420 Durham Chapel Hill Road, in the space formerly occupied by Boheme and Straw Valley.
The coffee bar will be open at 7 a.m. daily, while the kitchen, which will be serving casual Korean cuisine, local craft beer and wine will begin serving at 11 a.m. Both sections will remain open until 9 p.m.
