Free Durham concert series announces lineup
The free concert series runs May 12-Sept. 8 at American Tobacco Campus in Durham.

DURHAM, N.C. — The schedule has been released for this year's Back Porch Music on the Lawn concert series at American Tobacco Campus in Durham.
This free concert series runs Thursdays May 11 through Sept. 14. Shows start at 6 p.m.
American Tobacco’s restaurants will be open and preparing quick grab items for concert-goers to enjoy picnic style as they take in the shows. Beer and wine will be available for purchase. Picnics, coolers (but no glassware) and well-behaved dogs are welcome. No exotic animals will be admitted.
The lineup:
- May 11: Front Country (Opener: Demolition String Band)
- May 25: Tellico (Opener: Skylar Gudasz)
- June 15: Jim Lauderdale (Opener: Fireside Collective)
- June 29: Alice Gerrard & Melody Makers (Opener: Onyx Club Boys)
- Aug. 17: Rob Ickes and Trey Hensley (Opener: Acoustic Manner)
- Aug. 17: Acoustic Syndicate (Two sets)
- Aug. 31: Seldom Scene (Opener: Cicadia Rhythm)
- Sept. 14: Billy Strings (Opener: Whiskey Shivers)
